Stewart Home Inspections fees are based on the square footage of the home, the type of foundation and the age of the home. Why should you pay an inflated flat fee to inspect your home when your home may not have all or multiple systems. Not all homes are alike so my pricing is based on your home configuration. All quoted fees include a complete general inspection. Swimming pools, spas, and detached buildings will be inspected at an additional fee.

Allergen, Mold and Indoor Air Quality Testing and Investigation Fees:

Value-Added Services Offered by:
Free Foundation Warranty Through an agreement with Cable Lock TM Safeguard, I offer a FREE 90 Day Warranty on all slab foundations which I find to be functioning as intended. This warranty is renewable through a Cable Lock Safeguard provider without further inspection.

Free Home Warranty Through an agreement with Brink’s Home Security, I offer a FREE 90 Day Limited Home Warranty on all homes I inspect. This home warranty is through American Home Warranty Company.

* Security Systems - Your home can be inspected at no charge during the inspection process by Brinks Home Security. There is no obligation or additional fee to you for this service.
** Wood Destroying Insects (including termites) Stewart Home Inspection can schedule a WDI inspection for you. Let me know at the time you request a home inspection whether you also need a WDI inspection as well. I’ll make sure it happens. There’s nothing more for you to do. Inspections are performed by a Texas Licensed Certified Applicator.
